InsFocus Recertified as a Microsoft Partner – ISV

Hi,

Today we are happy to announce that we were recertified as a Microsoft Partner – Independent Software Solution competency.

We have been a Microsoft provider since 2004, and a certified partner since 2006. Microsoft has now changed its partner certifications, and partners are now asked to carry on even more detailed testing of the applications, and again submit customer references. Having our main product, InsFocus BI, pass those tests, and having submitted the customer references, has again earned us the partner credentials.

Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

March 2010, Microsoft conducted a customer satisfaction survey of InsFocus Systems. The survey, named CSAT, is required by Microsoft for Gold Certified Partners.

12 executives and professionals from 3 different InsFocus customer companies answered the survey. Result highlights:

• Net satisfaction: 191.67 out of 200, compared to MS partner average of 167.90.
• Customer loyalty: All considered “Champions”.
• Loyalty: 100% were satisfied, 100% were likely to recommend, 100% were likely to repurchase and 83.33% stated InsFocus has a “big” or “vital” advantage.
• Performance: 75% rated overall performance at 8 or 9 out of 9 (the rest at 7). All results were above average.

InsFocus Systems Earns Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

We are happy to announce that today we were upgraded to Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status, with a competency in ISV/Software solutions.

The Gold Certified Partner status replaces our previous Certified Partner designation. The requirements for both certifications are that a product should pass rigorous testing by Microsoft partners. To achieve a Gold certification, we had to earn a Microsoft competency as well.

The Independent Software Vendor (ISV)/Software Solutions competency is validated by at least three client references. The latest addition to our reference list was Malta’s Middlesea Insurance. With this competency, our customers can be assured that our application and services are of first class.
